N okia Mobile today introduced the new Android 13 Build (V3.200) update for Nokia XR20 5G smartphone users and has now made it available for Nokia G50 5G users as well, adding the November security update, which is already available in several regions. Nokia Mobile's counterparty has confirmed that Android 13 is compatible with five of its smartphones on the list of devices recommended by Google Android Enterprise. HMD Global has also updated its own applications, as it comes with a renewed camera application. Google has started to carry forward the Material You format known from Android version 12. Previously, UI colors and highlights were based on the background color scheme. Google has now enabled the use of the Material You design language in the icons of third-party applications, and the media player changes its appearance based on the music you are listening to. One of the important functions is to specify the specific languages of the applications. After the Android 13 update, apps must also ask the user separately to allow notifications. Previously, sending notifications was enabled by default. Google has also clearly taken the protection of privacy in a better direction. After Android 13, users won't need to give apps permission to access their entire media library, just to share a single item. Google also says that the clipboard history is automatically deleted after a period of time if the user copies sensitive information such as email addresses, phone numbers or passwords. Android 13 also includes many optimizations for large screens and devices with foldable screens. For example, the updated taskbar on tablets lets you see all your apps at a glance, and lets you easily drag an app into split-screen mode. For tablets, Android 13 also includes a feature to reduce incorrect palm touches when using the pen.
