It's not known for sure, but it's likely that HMD Global is preparing to launch a new Venom device in the coming weeks, as revealed in the specs that have surfaced on Geekbench. You may have read earlier that HMD launched the HMD Fusion special edition smartphone to celebrate the release of the latest film Venom: The Last Dance. The design of this smartphone is inspired by the symbiote, one of the characters in the Venom movie, and it's being called the "Ultimate Symbiotic Smartphone".
HMD's new phone, codenamed "Venom", has appeared on the Geekbench benchmark library, scoring 371 points in single-core and 1387 in multi-core. The listing reveals that it's an octa-core processor with 4 + 4 core clusters. The base frequency of both clusters is 1.61 GHz.
The HMD Fusion model looks good even without a smart case thanks to its thin but solid plastic frame reinforced with stainless steel. The company claims that the design evokes the clean and raw grunge style favored by Generation Z. The device comes with a transparent case as standard, if someone does not want further customization.

The interior of the model is no longer as steel, but it still holds its own. The chipset has about 60 percent more raw power than Qualcomm's 4nm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2, the Exynos 1480 in the mid-range Galaxy A55. However, the cameras make up for the slower processing. The 50MP selfie camera offers exciting features like selfie gestures and selfie slow-mo, while the 108MP dual rear camera is capable of capturing good quality shots even in low light.
As is typical of Human Mobile Devices' own-brand portfolio, the HMD Fusion is built with the do-it-yourself spirit in mind. The device comes with second-generation repairability, making it easier than ever to replace a broken screen, worn-out battery, or faulty charging port. The HMD Fusion mobile phone is distinguished from all other devices by its interchangeable smart cases. The cases, which are attached via six special connectors, can be used to expand the phone's hardware, software, and display a variety of unique interfaces or higher performance. The smartphone, which can be supplemented with custom smart cases, can be completely customized to the user's own style. HMD claims that this is the brand's boldest innovation yet.
