HMD Skyline finally gets July 2026 security patch

A fter a long wait, HMD Global has now made the July 2026 security patch available to users of the HMD Skyline smartphone, which has already been released in several regions. The security update only includes the July Google Android patch. Scroll down for the size, market, and changelog of the July 2026 HMD Skyline security patch. The availability of HMD Global software updates always depends on the mobile operator of the given region or country!

Size of the July security patch for HMD Skyline:

The size of the HMD Skyline update is 70.63 MB. You will be prompted to download the update or check for system updates in Settings, then check for the update.

How To Update:

Navigate to Settings > System > System update > Check for updates to check if updates are available - It is recommended that Users use Wi-Fi wherever possible in order to download updates.
