HMD Global to launch HMD 130 Music and HMD 150 Music soon

HMD Global is set to launch several new feature phones soon, among which they were first spotted at an event in Pakistan. The new phones are called HMD 130 Music and HMD 150 Music.

As the name suggests, HMD has invested in music with its feature phones. The phones have large speakers on the back, but otherwise the devices are quite traditional. The phones are not yet listed on HMD's website, but according to the information already published, there are no surprises.

Both phones will share hardwre specs, but there are some differencies. Here is the list of comon and specific specs for HMD 130 and 150.

Common Specifications: HMD 130 Music and HMD 150 Music:

• Flashlight
• Colorful designs (light shade for HMD 130 Music, blue for HMD 150 Music)
HMD 130 Music (TA-1704):
• Built-in MP3 player
HMD 150 Music (TA-1709):
• Single rear camera with LED flash

In addition to the powerful speaker, the HMD 130 Music also offers a built-in MP3 player. The phone has a design typical of HMD and eye-catching colors. At least one bright shade can be seen in the images. The phone also has a USB-C connector and a flashlight. The HMD 150 Music is apparently almost the same device, but it has a camera and an LED flash on the back. There are probably no other differences between the phones. The HMD 150 Music is shown in blue in the images.

The certification databases also revealed that the HMD 130 Music has the model code TA-1704, and the HMD 150 Music has the model code TA-1709. Both phones have a Dual-SIM implementation.

HMD Global will announce the new products in connection with the MWC fair on March 2, that is, Sunday of this week. At that time, the phones will be seen up close, so more information will surely come.
