HMD Global today launched its new smartphone, the HMD Aura². It's pretty much the same device as the HMD Arc, but with some minor tweaks. The HMD Aura² was unveiled in Australia, where it will go on sale on March 13 for AUD 169 (GBP 85, EUR 102, USD 106 and INR 9281) locally in two color options: Icy Blue and Midnight Black.
The phone's construction is plastic, and this time the frame has a pattern and the surfaces are flat. The dimensions are 166.4 x 76.9 x 8.95 mm, and the weight is 185.4 grams. Depending on the market, the phone has an IP52 or IP54 rating.

The HMD Aura² features a 6.52-inch LCD display panel with HD+ resolution (1280 x 576). The display has a 20:9 aspect ratio, 60Hz refresh rate, 460 nits brightness, and a waterdrop notch for the front camera.
Power is provided by the Unisoc 9863A SoC, which is paired with 4GB of RAM. The HMD Aura² has 256GB of internal storage, and supports up to 128GB memory cards.
The HMD Aura² offers Bluetooth 5.2, USB-C, and a traditional headphone jack. The fingerprint scanner is placed on the side. There is a speaker and a microphone. The battery is 5,000 mAh and can be charged at 10 watts via the USB-C connector.
There are two cameras on the back, which are a 13-megapixel main camera with autofocus and a utility camera. A single 5 There is a 14MP selfie camera on the front.
