Nokia smartphone maker HMD has launched yet another budget smartphone in India. HMD Global's smartphone has been launched in the name of HMD Fusion. It is a repairable smartphone, with all its parts and components easily opened and replaced. HMD has launched several repairable smartphones in India even before this. The company has already launched HMD Fusion in the global market. This HMD phone has a number of powerful features including a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor.
HMD Fusion has been launched in India in a single storage variant - 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The company has priced the phone at INR 17,999 (GBP 169, EUR 203, USD 213). The Noir is available in the same colour variant. With this smartphone, the company is offering free casual, showy and gaming wears, priced at INR 5,999 (GBP 56, EUR 67, USD 71). The first sale of the phone will take place on November 29 at 12 noon on Amazon and HMD's website. For a limited time, the company is offering a flat discount of INR 2,000 (GBP 18, EUR 22, USD 23) on the purchase of the phone.
The HMD Fusion features a 6.56-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720x1612 pixels. The phone's display supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It gets a punch-hole display. In the man-made device, the company has given a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor. This is Qualcomm's mid-range octa-core processor, which is considered good for multitasking. This phone gets 256GB of internal storage with 8GB of RAM, which is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.
This HMD phone runs on Android 14. It supports 5G / 4G / 3G / 2G connectivity. It can install two SIM cards. Apart from this, connectivity features like Bluetooth 5.1, WiFi, GPS, OTP, USB Type C have also been provided in the phone. The phone has a dual camera setup on the back, in which a 108 MP main i.e. primary camera will be available. Apart from this, a 2 MP secondary depth camera sensor will also be available. It has a 50 MP camera for selfies and video calling.
