KIANEWS ZEISS has completely disappeared from the Nokia XR20 5G phone

The collaboration between ZEISS and HMD Global ended in 2021, and now it has disappeared from the Nokia XR20 5G smartphone. In July 2021, HMD Global announced the company's first sustainable smartphone, the Nokia XR20 5G phone. The phone has now undergone changes, as HMD Global has quietly removed everything that referred to the ZEISS brand from the device. It was the last Nokia phone to offer cameras implemented with ZEISS.
Last summer, ZEISS confirmed that the collaboration with HMD Global ended in 2021. In 2022, the ZEISS branding was no longer visible on Nokia phones, although HMD Global invested in new cameras, such as the Nokia X30 5G phone.
The Nokia XR20 phone is still available worldwide and has not seen a successor. Apparently, this is why HMD Global decided to completely remove the ZEISS brand from the latest devices, and at the same time, the ZEISS logo was also removed from the device's marketing materials.
The phone was previously advertised with ZEISS cameras, and the Nokia XR20 is said to feature ZEISS optics and ZEISS-branded shooting modes. All of this information has been removed from the phone's product pages. However, the ZEISS logo has not been removed from phones such as the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20, as these devices have apparently been discontinued and are no longer available properly.
The Nokia XR20 5G has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Performance is ensured by the Qualcomm SM4350 Snapdragon 480 5G octa-core processor, while the GPU is Adreno 619.
The device has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The smartphone has dual cameras: 48 MP (Wide) + 13 MP (Ultra Wide) on the back and an 8 MP (Wide) camera on the front.
Nokia XR20 is powered by removable Li-Po 4630mAh battery + 18W fast charging + 15W fast wireless charging. Sensors include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, compass and barometer.
The device is available in ultra blue and granite gray colors. Features include GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, Bluetooth 5.1 and USB Type-C 2.0, USB On-The-Go. The smartphone runs on Android 11 operating system.
