The certification of three new HMD telephones appeared in the certification of the Chinese certification organization CCC today, which were given the service numbers TA-1607, TA-1603 and TA-1609. The reality is that these devices will only be available in the Chinese and Asian markets, they will only appear here.
Of course, the possibility cannot be ruled out that these devices will also be available for purchase in other "let's say" European markets, but I can hardly imagine this myself, following the experience of the past years.
As I reported earlier, HMD wants to announce at least 17 devices in 2024, which include these devices. This was previously leaked by GSM China, but of course they did not announce a release date either. For now, we can only wait for the announcement of the HMD devices, which according to the news will be in April and May. Predictably, we will see the announcement of fitness and gaming console devices in May, for which we unfortunately have to wait "two" more months.
