F ive more phones have already become visible on the EUIPO website, the first of which was submitted by HMD Global at the beginning of November, and the last on November 17. Of course, this indicates that HMD plans to launch five more phone devices in the near future, which may include several 5G smartphones and classic design devices.
The EIUPU is the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs), abbreviated: BPHH, in English: Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs), abbreviated: OHIM) is a specialized institution of the European Union , which registers community trademarks (CTM) and community designs covering all (currently 28) member states, based on a notification.
It is a very successful institution with significant income, considering the hundreds of thousands of notifications per year. From March 23, 2016, the name "Office for Internal Market Harmonization (Trademarks and Designs)" was replaced by the name "European Union Intellectual Property Office", while the term "Community trademark" was replaced by the term "European Union trademark". In June 2019, it was announced that the Office had received the 2,000,000th European Union trademark application.
