Nokia plans to delist from Paris Stock Exchange

N Nokia said its board of directors has decided to apply to delist Nokia shares from Euronext Paris, the Paris stock exchange. Nokia said the decision to delist the shares would be based on trading volume, costs and administrative requirements.
Nokia shares will continue to be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki, the Helsinki Stock Exchange, and its American Depositary Shares will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
The delisting of the shares from Euronext Paris is subject to approval by the Euronext Paris board of directors. Subject to approval by the Euronext Paris board of directors, the shares are expected to be delisted within the next three months.
Nokia shares were also listed on the Paris Stock Exchange in 2015, when Nokia acquired the French company Alcatel-Lucent in a share exchange.
Nokia states that the progress of the delisting will be communicated separately in accordance with the relevant requirements. Nokia advises investors whose shares are listed on Euronext Paris to contact their investment advisor and/or custodian to determine how the delisting may affect them.
