N okia has deployed Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) to consolidate 14 different human resources applications in the cloud as part of an enterprise-wide digitization program. With Oracle Cloud HCM, Nokia can centralize and simplify HR processes for the company's more than 80,000 employees in 115 countries. The new HR platform, called NokiaME, replaces the on-site systems that previously operated at the business or national level and simplifies more than 100 HR processes in a single integrated HR management system.
