In this role, Bilgin will manage Nokia's operations in Turkey and will be responsible for implementing the strategy to further strengthen Nokia's position in Turkey. Bilgin brings more than 27 years of market and customer experience to Nokia, 23 of which have been with leading Turkish and international companies in the telecommunications industry.
As country manager for Turkey, Bilgin will lead Nokia's strategic initiatives in the country. He will represent Nokia to telecommunications industry organizations, government and regulatory agencies and will lead the implementation of Nokia's country strategy in Turkey. He will focus on further expanding Nokia's business with customers in Turkey and creating new business opportunities in this market.

Erensoy Bilgin will take over this task from Özgür Erzincan, who has taken on a new role as President of Nokia Indonesia. Erensoy Bilgin graduated from Uludag University Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, before joining Nokia, he held various positions in the telecommunications industry in Turkey and abroad. After Nokia acquired the Turkish service company IRIS in January 2011, it joined Nokia and until 2018 IRIS Telekomünikasyon A.Ş. was its CEO. After that, Bilgin worked until December 2021 as the director of service and after-sales services for the Central Eastern Europe and Central Asia region of the Nokia Mobile Networks Business Group.
