E SPOO, Finland – FMR LLC’s voting rights in Nokia Corporation (HEL:NOKIA) have exceeded 5%, according to a regulatory filing. The notification, which was received under the Finnish Securities Markets Act, shows that FMR LLC held 5.26% of Nokia’s shares and 5.05% of its voting rights as of March 5. This is an increase from the previous notification, which had 5.04% of the shares and 4.83% of the voting rights.
FMR LLC held 302,308,805 shares and 289,732,162 voting rights from both direct and indirect positions. The total number of shares in Nokia is 5,742,239,696, representing the same number of votes.
The stake is held by several FMR LLC subsidiaries, including Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, FIAM LLC, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company, Fidelity Management Trust Company, FMR Investment Management (UK) Limited, Strategic Advisers LLC and Fidelity Capital Markets.
