Nokia Mobile today posted a new photo on Twitter and the picture shows the Nokia XR20 smartphone in a container filled with ice cubes. With full protection against water, it gives a glimpse into both color variations.
The Nokia XR20 represents a new approach to design in Nokia's phone portfolio, which is why it is Nokia Mobile's first robust phone to include a square rear camera module. Considering the requirements of Rugged Devices 11.0 recommended by Android Enterprise, the Nokia XR20 must include a minimum of IP54 intrusion protection and MIL-STD-810G or IEC 62-2-32 fall test integrity.
Nokia is expanding its X-series lineup with the Nokia XR20. This latest offering from Nokia offers 5G connectivity and packs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 480 5G chipset. The Nokia XR20 features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The screen has a standard 60Hz refresh rate, an aspect ratio of 20: 9, and a pixel density of 395PPI. Under the hood, as mentioned, the device is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 480 SoC.

The Adreno 619 GPU handles the graphic performance. The phone packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It also has microSD card support, allowing further storage expansion up to 512GB. As for the imaging, the XR20 sports a quad-camera setup. The device features a 64MP primary main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. At the front, the phone is equipped with a 32MP camera unit. The whole package draws power from a 4500mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Connectivity-wise, the phone has dual-SIM support, 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS / A-GPS, a headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
