The device receives a Quad-Camera arrangement on its rear profile, which unites a 64MP Primary Camera powered by ZEISS optics with a 5MP Ultra-Wide Angle Camera, a 2MP Macro Camera and a 2MP Camera. The features offered by the back camera setup are LED Flash, ISO Control, Autofocus, Digital Zoom, Exposure compensation, HDR mode, Face detection, etc. A 32MP Primary Camera gets installed on the front to capture beautiful selfies.

The Nokia X20 comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and 6GB of RAM, powered by an Octa-core (Dual-core, 2GHz, Kryo 460 + Hexa-Core, 1.8GHz, Kryo 460) processor layout. An Adreno 619 GPU takes care of the graphical requirements. The smartphone comes loaded with a non-replaceable 4470mAh Li-ion battery, which is also compatible with the 18W Fast Charging mechanism. Thus eliminating the need to put the device on charge frequently.
