T he one-time fix for Nokia X20, Nokia C20, and Nokia C10 data connectivity mobile issues experienced by users has been released by Nokia Mobile, which has a few steps that users need to follow if they encounter mobile data connectivity issues!


The steps listed below reset the APN settings to resolve the issue.

No technical knowledge or experience is required to set up, so feel free to do it on your device:

  • From the home screen, swipe down and then pull down the quick menu.
  • Press the cog icon on the right to go to your Settings.
  • Select “Network and internet”, then “Mobile Network”.
  • Next, head to “Advanced”, then “Access Point Names”.
  • Press the 3-dot icon on the top-right and select “Reset to default”.
