Nokia C21 Plus and Nokia C31 launch in Indonesia

HMD Global has officially launched the Nokia C31 and Nokia C21 Plus smartphones in Indonesia. Jakarta -Nokia has officially introduced its two latest mobile phones, the Nokia C21 Plus and the Nokia C31, in Indonesia.

The Nokia C21 Plus is the cheapest variant between the two. This phone has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen has a waterdrop notch design, so the screen-to-body ratio is 82.1%.

"This phone has better durability, the back has a pattern, so it feels comfortable in the hand, this phone is also covered with 2.5D glass," said Juha Werkkala, senior product manager at HMD Global, at the launch of the Nokia C series and tablets. in Jakarta.

Its performance is supported by the eight-core Unisoc SC9863a chipset. The chipset has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory with microSD support up to 256GB.

The Nokia C21 Plus is equipped with dual rear cameras consisting of a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 5 MP camera for taking selfies, which is equipped with an LED flash.

Nokia has fixed a battery with a capacity of 4000 mAh, which is also supported by 10 W fast charging. This battery is said to last up to two days on a single charge.

The Nokia C21 Plus runs Android 11 Go Edition and is guaranteed to receive security updates for two years. Other features that add to the phone include IP52 certification, 3.5mm headphone jack, fingerprint sensor on the back, 4G dual-SIM, microUSB and Bluetooth 4.2.

Switch to the Nokia C31, which has slightly higher specs. This phone has a 6.7-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen also uses a waterdrop notch, with a ratio of 83.4%.

The chipset used is also the same, namely Unisoc 9863A1. The RAM capacity is larger, namely 4 GB, with 64 GB of internal memory and a microSD slot up to 256 GB.

The Nokia C31 is equipped with three rear cameras consisting of a 13MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 5 MP selfie camera on the front.

Another advantage of the Nokia C31 is its larger 5050mAh battery capacity and support for 10W fast charging. HMD Global, as the owner of the Nokia brand, claims that this battery can last up to three days on a single charge.

The Nokia C31 runs Android 12, which is promised to receive security updates for up to two years. This phone also has additional features like 3.5mm headphone jack, microUSB, IP52 certification, fingerprint sensor on the back, 4G dual-SIM, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2.

The Nokia C21 Plus is available in two colors: Warm Gray and Dark Cyan. Meanwhile, the Nokia C31 comes in three color variants namely Charcoal, Cyan and Mint.

The Nokia C21 Plus is priced at IDR 1,499,000 (GBP 80, EUR 92, USD 95 and INR 7797).
