Nokia has exited the Russian market due to the Russian embargo
Like most of HMD's Nokia smartphones, the 9 PureView is part of the Android One program. Key improvements to the Nokia 8 Sirocco include a faster Snapdragon 845 chip and Adreno 630 GPU, a taller 6-inch 18:9 screen with HDR10 support, the higher-resolution HDR selfie camera that can now record in 4K, more LTE bands, faster wireless charging, an in-display fingerprint reader, and a slightly larger battery capacity. Storage and RAM are unchanged, with a single 128GB/6GB configuration. The back has a multi-camera setup in a honeycomb layout with a dual-LED flash and time-of-flight sensor shifted to the left and right, and a hole for the microphone. advantage of 6000 series aluminum.

The 9 PureView uses a penta-camera system with Zeiss optics, of which 2 are RGB sensors and 3 are monochromatic sensors. All 5 lenses are the same 12 MP f/1.8 unit (Sony Exmor RS IMX 386). HDR is supported, but the device lacks phase detection autofocus and optical image stabilization. When taking a picture, each camera takes a separate picture, and then the pictures are combined and processed by a digital signal processing processor. Images can be captured in both JPEG and RAW format and post-edited using Adobe Lightroom, which can be installed upon installation. Additionally, the 9 has a Pro mode that simulates DSLR settings. A service called Depth Map records more than 1,200 depth data layers. Depth map is enabled by the time-of-flight sensor and only works with JPEG and RGB photos. On the front, there is a 20 MP sensor with HDR function.
