KIANEWS CES or the International Consumer Electronics Show is the premium event of the technology sector. It will take place between January 9 and 12, 2024 at the usual location, the Las Vegas Convention Center, where HMD Global, or HMD America, will now also be present. This year, the Finnish company that operates Nokia-branded devices rented a booth in Murano 3201A, which is the location of the meeting. Last year, HMD struck a similar deal and unveiled several US-based devices.

HMD has taken a new multi-brand approach to its smartphones, but is sticking with the Nokia name. The Finnish manufacturer has just launched three new devices, all modern twists on the classics – Nokia 230 (2024).
This Nokia 230 has received the same treatment as its other two siblings - a similar design but with a new battery. The footprint is exactly the same as the phone released in 2015, and the 2.8-inch TFT with 65,000 colors has been retained. It also has the same 2MP camera with LED flash combination on the front and back.
HMD quietly reboots three Nokia phones - 6310, 5310, 230. The main difference is the 1450 mAh battery and the USB-C port. Bluetooth 5.0 is enabled by the Unisoc 6531F chipset, while other features such as 3.5mm audio jack and 8/16MB remain unchanged.

HMD has not revealed any pricing for these phones. We should point out that all three phones are limited to 2G, meaning they won't work on any 3G or newer networks.
