Of course, HMD Global will be announcing an unexpected device tomorrow in the Indian markets, which will be a new Hybrid phone. I think everyone thought that HMD would announce more of the already well-known Crest devices, but to our surprise, a new TOUCH 4G Hybrid phone can be seen in the video shared today.
Tomorrow at 6 PM - says the HMD statement, we can get to know a new Hybrid device that HMD Global will be launching in the Indian markets. I see that the color will remain the old one, namely Cyan and Dark Blue, but we cannot see more detailed specifications or pricing yet.
The HMD Touch 4G phone measures 102.3 x 61.85 x 10.85 millimeters and weighs 100 grams, with an LED flash and a 2 MP camera on the back, and a 0.3 MP camera on the front and a smaller button on the bezel. The display is a 3.2-inch LCD touchscreen with QVGA (240 x 320 pixels) resolution, protected by tempered glass. The phone has 64 MB of RAM, 128 MB of built-in storage, expandable up to 32 GB with microSD, and a Unisoc T127 system-on-chip. This platform is already used by HMD in its push-button devices, such as the Nokia/HMD 105 4G.
The simple hardware runs a unique RTOS Touch operating system, through which you can access the Express Chat program for Internet messaging and video calls. In addition, users can access apps running in a browser under the name Cloud Phone Service. There is an FM radio and a 3.5 mm jack connector, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 5, space for two nanoSIMs, which support 4G networks, GPS, and a USB-C connector, through which you can charge the 1950 mAh battery. According to HMD, the phone provides 30 hours of use on a single charge, and thanks to its IP52 protection, you don't have to worry about getting the phone wet. The cyan and dark blue device comes with a protective case in the box, and in India, a charger.
