CES or the International Consumer Electronics Show is the premium event of the technology sector. It will take place between January 9 and 12, 2024 at the usual location, the Las Vegas Convention Center, where HMD Global, or HMD America, will now also be present. This year, the Finnish company that operates Nokia-branded devices rented a booth in Murano 3201A, which is the location of the meeting. A fter the photos and specifications leaked several days ago, we can now see the leaked video of the HMD Tomcat smartphone, which was published by @nloopid on his X channel. In principle....in this short 4-second video, we can see the HMD Tomcat phone that was leaked earlier - if I can see it correctly, in white, pale sky blue and pale pink colors.
This device will reportedly be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2, which is also confirmed by the first Geekbench results. The motherboard is listed as 'Tomcat', codenamed Skyline, and according to information recorded by Geekbench, the phone runs Android 14 with 8GB of RAM.
Based on the previous leak, it will reportedly be available in an 8/256 GB configuration with a 120 Hz OLED display with FHD+ resolution, as well as three rear cameras (108+8+2MP) and 32MP on the front. The Skyline has a 4900mAh battery with 33W fast charging and will be IP67 rated.
