CES or the International Consumer Electronics Show is the premium event of the technology sector. It will take place between January 9 and 12, 2024 at the usual location, the Las Vegas Convention Center, where HMD Global, or HMD America, will now also be present. This year, the Finnish company that operates Nokia-branded devices rented a booth in Murano 3201A, which is the location of the meeting. Last year, HMD struck a similar deal and unveiled several US-based devices.

The Finnish company Human Mobile Devices (HMD), the company behind Nokia phones, presented the first line of HMD-branded smartphones. It is the Pulse series, in which there are three models at an affordable price. All three support in-home service, with the ability to replace various parts, and replacement parts and tools can be purchased on iFixit.

All three models are powered by the budget-friendly Unisoc T606 chipset and feature a 6.65-inch LCD display with 720p+ (20:9) resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The displays have a peak brightness of 600 nits and cover 70% of the NTSC scale.
