A lready six years ago, a Finnish startup started the journey of bringing the Nokia brand back to the mobile phone market. HMD Global, the licensee of the Nokia phone and tablet brand, started its official business on December 1, 2016.
HMD Global is the Finnish company responsible for making Nokia phones, including beloved icons like the Nokia 3310, and new durable smartphones, including the Nokia XR20, built to survive anything life throws at it.

We launched Circular, our revolutionary new subscription service with sustainability at its core. The launch of our first T20 tablet in 2020 exceeded customer expectations, and we are constantly expanding this category. We are seeing the proliferation of new enterprise services that continue to push the boundaries of IoT and security innovation.
