T ake a look at this animation, which unfortunately shows very well how Nokia and Motorola’s mobile market share has been overtaken by competing mobile phone manufacturers like Apple, Samsung and “other” manufacturers. But why have new competitors like Apple and Samsung overthrown such an overwhelmingly dominant world market leader as Nokia so quickly and forcefully?

Lack of anticipation, arrogance, poor choice of technology, no organizational redesign, no unity at senior management level, lack of passive followers, poor senior management structure... among the first in the world market.

Perhaps the film will give you an answer to what is already being done about Nokia's mult, in which we will also see the mult of the Finnish company that has been destroyed by the principles of the management structure. But as the saying goes, there is something good about every bad thing. We could analyze the number of redundancies for days and what kind of companies the laid off workers have set up and how successful they have been with it as a game like in the mobile phone industry, but let’s wait for the film to be made that will show us the real successes or failures. The past 30 years ... watch the video!
