A security update is available for Nokia 7.2 devices, which is currently the first Nokia smartphone to receive the July 2020 security update. The update contains only the security patch.

The size of the Nokia 7.2 update is 15.82 MB. You will either be prompted to download the update, or you can check it in the Settings menu by checking for system updates and then checking for the update.
Nokia July 7 Security Update Change Log:
The change log only mentions the July Android security update for Nokia 7.2. The most serious of these is a critical vulnerability in the System component that could allow a remote attacker to use arbitrary code to execute arbitrary code in a privileged process.
HMD has been fairly consistent in releasing monthly security updates and operating system updates for Nokia smartphones already on the market. HMD has also made it clear that all Nokia Android one Phones will receive an OS update of at least two years.
