Already available in Nepal, Asia, the Nokia 2.4 smartphone will be available in three authorized retailer stores in three color variants: Fjord, Dusk and Charcoal.
The Nokia 2.4 has a 6.5-inch HD + display with a water drop notch and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Under the cover is a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired with up to 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD). The smartphone is powered by a 4500 mAh battery that can be charged via micro-USB.
For performance, the Nokia 2.4 equips an octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor which is paired with PowerVR GE8320 GPU for graphics. It is available in two storage configurations- 2GB RAM+32GB and 3GB RAM+64GB storage. For storage expansion, you get a dedicated microSD slot that supports up to 512GB storage.
In terms of software, Nokia 2.4 runs a near-stock Android 10 OS. As mentioned, it is an Android One device which means apart from regular security patch you get added assurance of regular software updates. For photography, the dual rear cameras employ a 16MP primary sensor. The primary camera uses a 5P lens and has an f/2.2 aperture.
The secondary camera features a 2MP depth sensor to support bokeh mode. It comes with a 5MP camera with f/2.4 aperture for clicking selfies. There’s Night mode as well for capturing better images in low-light conditions.
Under the hood sits a 4500mAh battery which is claimed to survive for two days on a single charge. For power efficiency, there’s an Adaptive Battery mode which is AI-assisted.
The device includes- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, NFC, FM radio, micro-USB port, a 3.5mm audio jack under its connectivity suite.
