The Finnish HMD Global introduced two new basic phones to the global world market, which are the Nokia 150 (2023) and Nokia 130 (2023) phones. The Nokia 150 (2023) was previously released in China, and the Nokia 130 (2023) appears to be the same as the Nokia 125 (2023) seen in China.
The Nokia 150 (2023) phone invested in style, as it received the new design language praised by HMD Global. Its design is pleasantly curved, but also angular. Made of polycarbonate, the phone is said to last ten years without fading. The phone weighs 106.3 grams and measures 50.6 x 130.95 x 15.15 millimeters. In addition, the Nokia 150 (2023) phone has large keys and an IP52 rating. There are three color variants: red, black and blue.

The Nokia 150 (2023) is equipped with a 2.4-inch QVGA display panel. Memory cards up to 32 gigabytes are said to be supported. The phone only supports 2G networks, so 4G support is not included. The battery size is 1450 mAh, which is promised to improve battery life and talk time. Charging takes place via a micro-USB connector with a power of 2.75 watts. The Nokia 150 (2023) phone also has a wireless FM radio and a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack. MP3 players and voice recorders are also supported, but a memory card is required for their operation.
The operating system is S30+, which is the same as many other basic Nokia phones. HMD Global also got a 0.3 megapixel camera on the back. The camera's companion is an LED flash when using a flashlight, for example. The phone has a 9-level adjustable speaker that makes the volume louder and better. The Nokia 150 (2023) phone has a built-in worm game.

The Nokia 130 (2023) is available in three color variants which are Dark Blue, Purple and Gold. Polycarbonate was used as the manufacturing material, and it weighs 98.2 grams. We multiply the dimensions by 130.9 x 50.6 x 14 millimeters. The phone has an IP52 rating. The screen of the phone is 2.4 inches and the resolution is QVGA level. The device has large keys. HMD Global has put a separate rear speaker in the phone with 9 volume levels. It also has a flashlight on the back, but no camera.
The size of the battery is 1450 mAh, which has increased by 42 percent compared to its predecessor. The battery life is 30 days on standby and offers 20 hours of talk time. Charging is possible via the 2.75 watt micro-USB connector. It has 4 megabytes of RAM and the same amount of internal storage. The phone can store 2,000 contacts and 500 text messages at the same time, but the storage space can also be expanded with a 32 gigabyte memory card.

The Nokia 130 (2023) phone has a built-in FM radio that can be used via wired headphones or the device's own speaker. The phone only supports 2G, so the device does not work on 3G or 4G networks. Operating system means S30+. HMD Global has yet to confirm the price and availability of the Nokia 150 (2023) and Nokia 130 (2023). The phones are likely to be released gradually in markets where basic phones are in demand.
