UR Group (UK), a European provider of advanced connectivity options, has entered into a new Indirect reseller partnership with Nokia and Nokia's distribution partner, Nuvias. Together, the companies will develop specialized turnkey 5G private wireless solutions that enable customers in transportation, manufacturing, defense, energy and other industries to transform their business operations.
Through the partnership, UR Group (UK) will leverage its deep knowledge of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS), Industrial IoT (IIoT) and other industrial communications use cases with Nokia's portfolio of state-of-the-art, market-leading private wireless technologies. , including Nokia Digital Automation Cloud (DAC) and services for advanced connectivity solutions to meet the growing business-critical connectivity needs of UK customers.
Nokia and UR Group (UK) will work together to develop high-speed 5G private wireless networks that enable enterprise customers to receive secure, reliable and low-latency solutions. In addition, these solutions provide customers with reliable traceability, remote condition monitoring (RCM) and preventive maintenance.
