Y esterday, I reported to you that Nokia Mobile is preparing to launch a new purple blue smartphone, which I thought would be a new Nokia phone, but I admit now that I was wrong because it will only be the purple version of the previously presented Nokia G42 5G device.
The new Nokia G42 5G color is expected to be So Pink. The original Nokia G42 5G color options were So Gray and So Pink, which became visible in the Australian Itnest retailer's offer in the 6/128 GB version at a price of AUD 433 (GBP 219, EUR 257, USD 275 and INR 22937) in designated stores. The device was discovered by Finnish dealers, which is currently available for purchase and will soon be available in several European markets. Finnish retailers are currently offering the device at a price of 242-290 euros.
The display size is 6.56 inches with an IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. The internal storage is 128 GB that supports 4 GB, 8 GB RAM. It is powered by the Qualcomm SM4350-AC Snapdragon 480+ 5G Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 619.
The smartphone is packed with a triple camera on the rear side that consists of 50 MP (wide) + 8 MP (macro) + 2 MP (depth) and on the front also an 8 MP (wide) camera. Nokia G42 is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + 20W wired, PD3.0, QC3. The sensors include side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, compass, and proximity.
The device is available in Gray, Purple colors. It includes features such as GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, FM radio, RDS, recording, Bluetooth 5.1, and USB Type-C 2.0, OTG, and runs on the Android 13 operating system. The dimensions of the device are 165 x 75.8 x 8.6 mm and it weighs 193.8 grams.
