F innish-based HMD has unveiled its first smartwatches, the HMD Watch X1 and HMD Watch P1. The announcement of the new smartwatches comes at the same time as HMD officially announced its previously quietly released DUB series of headphones.

DUB leads the way with a bold new audio brand, alongside two stylish smartwatches that offer consumers in the region fresh ways to live louder, move smarter and express themselves in style.As sound and movement are now at the center of self-expression, HMD accessories deliver a lifestyle experience that seamlessly blends modern design with meaningful functionality.
The HMD Watch X1 and HMD Watch P1 were initially launched in the Middle East, with no word yet on their availability in Europe, including Finland.
Leading the HMD accessory launch is DUB, designed for a generation that navigates a constant stream of digital, social, and emotional noise, yet strives for clarity. DUB earphones are built for durability and style. Clean, minimal lines make them a fashionable accessory, while the HMD DUB Audio app lets users personalize their audio experience. The HMD Watch X1 features a round 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 466×466 pixels and 600 nits of brightness, and comes in four different color options: Black, Gray Green, Gray Metallic, and Silver Leather. The latter two come with metal or leather straps, while the others have silicone straps.
The HMD Watch X1 offers heart rate and blood oxygen level measurement, as well as sleep and stress monitoring. The watch makes it easy to track your daily steps and calories burned. In addition, HMD says the Watch X1 offers up to 700 different sports modes. Walking, cricket, yoga and pilates are also included, among others.
The watch also lets you take on fitness challenges with friends and share activity and health data with healthcare professionals.

In addition to DUB, HMD is introducing its first smartwatches in the Middle East: the premium HMD Watch X1 and the versatile HMD Watch P1. The X1 combines premium materials with everyday practicality, offering a large AMOLED display, up to five days of battery life, over 700 activity modes, remote health monitoring, ICE call assistance and customizable watch faces. Available in four stylish finishes, including a bold green silicone strap with gunmetal dial, and sleek black, metallic and brown leather versions, the X1 complements any lifestyle.

The DUB X50 Pro and the full DUB range will be available from January 2026 across leading retailers and online platforms in the UAE, the UAE and Qatar. The HMD Watch X1 and P1 will be launched alongside the DUB series, with pricing to be announced closer to launch.
