Future Technologies and Nokia Announce Multi-Million Dollar Private 5G Award and Collaboration in US Federal Market

F uture Technologies and Nokia have entered into several multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts to provide private 5G network solutions for lab, deployable and large-scale network deployments in the US federal market.

Future Technologies Venture, LLC (“Future Technologies”) and Nokia announced their collaboration on a multi-year, multi-million dollar private 5G project in the US federal market. The two companies will offer end-to-end solutions that include Private 5G Core, Edge Compute/MEC, indoor and outdoor radio access networks and use cases.

Future Technologies CEO Peter Cappiello said: “Future Technologies is proud to partner with Nokia in this federal private market. We've worked with Nokia in the federal space for the past four years and we've found the right vendor partners, their private 5G solution is highly secure and reliable, their partnership structure, and most importantly, their company's focus. These solutions will be delivered over a variety of network types, including Lab Systems for development/validation of specific use cases, deployable systems such as Cell on Wheels (COW) for portable deployments and field demonstrations, and full-scale, mission-critical production deployments . large geographical coverage networks covering more than 3,000 square miles.
